The service that started it all was RAF Assist, a no-fee claims management system developed to give our customers 100% of their due payout from the Road Accident Fund, at effectively half the usual turnaround time. From there, we built on our existing strengths and expertise, expanding our ever-growing services to make it easier for you to claim for pothole-related vehicle damage, pay fines, renew your vehicle licence discs, and receive legal and roadside assistance.

RAF Assist

No-fee Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims assistance

As a RoadCover member, you are eligible to claim as long as you aren’t 100% responsible for the accident.

Pothole Assist

Claims assistance for a pothole-damaged vehicle
